First Call Medical Services started in 2018 with the vision of two gynaecologists wanting to bring quality, affordable service to private sector patients. From a small OBGYN clientele, their vision continues to grow. Today it encompasses an ever-growing team of doctors with a wide reach variety of medical services offered across many specialties.
Opening its doors to a comfortable well-situated office on Ramsaran Street in Chaguanas in 2020 – FCMS proved that healthcare excellence and improvement could be done even at the height of the COVID pandemic.
Each doctor chosen to join the FCMS team shows true passion for their field and a genuine love for improving patient health and healing.

We have implemented stringent COVID-19 safety protocols, including frequent sanitation, social distancing measures in waiting areas, mandatory mask-wearing, and telehealth options for remote consultations. Rest assured that we follow all guidelines from health authorities.
St. Augustine Private Hospital is located at 2-4 Austin Street, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago. It is on the Eastern Main Road, obliquely opposite to NP Gas Station. Parking is available on the premises. There is another car park located on Austin Street across the street from the Hospital’s most northern entrance.
Our in-house pharmacy caters to inpatients, outpatients and the general public. It is well stocked and managed by a qualified Pharmacist for all your prescription requirements and health care products. The opening times are 8:00AM to 7:00PM on week days, on Saturdays 8:00AM to 3:00PM and on Sundays and public holidays from 8:30AM to 12:00 Noon.
