Your Partners In Health & Wellness. First Call Medical Services started in 2018 with the vision of two gynaecologists wanting to bring quality, affordable service to private sector patients. From a small OBGYN clientele, their vision continues to grow. Today it encompasses an ever-growing team of doctors with a wide reach variety of medical services offered across many specialties.
Opening its doors to a comfortable well-situated office on Ramsaran Street in Chaguanas in 2020 FCMS proved that healthcare excellence and improvement could be done even at the height of the COVID pandemic. Each doctor chosen to join the FCMS team shows true passion for their field and a genuine love for improving patient health and healing.

We accept a variety of insurance plans. Additionally, we offer flexible payment options, including cash, credit cards, and financing plans.
Where is the hospital located and is car parking available?
Our Chaguanas branch is located at 56 Ramsaran Street Chaguanas, opposite Price Club, where parking is available in front of the Building. St. Augustine Private Hospital is located at 2-4 Austin Street, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago. It is on the Eastern Main Road, obliquely opposite to NP Gas Station. Parking is available on the premises. There is another car park located on Austin Street across the street from the Hospital’s most northern entrance.
Is there is Pharmacy in the hospital?
At St Augustine, we have an in-house pharmacy that caters to inpatients, outpatients and the general public. It is well stocked and managed by a qualified Pharmacist for all your prescription requirements and health care products. The opening times are 8:00AM to 7:00 pm on weekdays, on Saturdays 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Sundays and public holidays from 8:30 am to 12:00 Noon.
